Sensitive Word Management

Manage tenant-level custom sensitive word dictionaries. Supports individual add, edit, delete, as well as Excel batch import and export.

Prerequisite

The sensitive word check feature only takes effect after enabling the "Sensitive Word Check" toggle in "System Settings → Compliance Config". If the toggle is off, configured words will not be checked during request/response processing, and a warning will be shown at the top of the page.

  1. Click the "Add Sensitive Word" button in the top-right corner of the page
  2. Enter the sensitive word in the dialog (up to 200 characters)
  3. Click "OK" to save

Edit Sensitive Word

  2. Modify the sensitive word content in the dialog
  3. Click "OK" to save changes

  4. The system automatically imports and skips duplicate words
  5. After import, results are shown: total count, imported count, skipped duplicates

Export to Excel

  1. Click the "Export to Excel" button
  2. The system automatically downloads an Excel file containing all sensitive words

Important Notes

  • Sensitive words only take effect when the "Sensitive Word Check" toggle is enabled
  • Sensitive words are checked bidirectionally — on both request input (Prompt) and AI response (Response)
  • Matched sensitive words will be blocked or replaced according to system default policy
  • Sensitive word dictionaries are isolated between different tenants
