Browse tenant-level system configuration items and manage enterprise AI platform infrastructure parameters. Includes User Management, Department Management, Domain Management, SSO, Quota Management, Subscription, and Misc Settings.
Overview
Tenant System Settings is the core configuration hub for enterprise AI platform management. Tenant admins log into the backend and navigate to "System Management → Settings" in the left sidebar to access each configuration page and fully customize the gateway usage environment.
Configuration Overview
1. User Management
Manage all users under the tenant. Supports viewing user lists, assigning departments and roles, setting personal Token quotas, and modifying email addresses. Multi-dimensional filtering by keyword, role, and status. Fine-grained permission control including enable/disable users and login permission management.
2. Department Management
Manage the enterprise organizational hierarchy in a tree structure. Supports creating, editing, and deleting departments, with per-department daily/monthly Token quota settings. Department quotas can inherit the tenant default or be set to custom values. Supports Excel template batch import/export.
3. Domain Management
Manage the enterprise domain allowlist for API Key binding. After adding and verifying an enterprise domain, API Keys can be created. Enabled domains allow members to create personal Keys using email addresses under that domain. Domain ownership is verified by sending a verification code to the enterprise email.
4. SSO Single Sign-On
Configure enterprise identity providers such as ADFS to let employees log into their personal pages directly through internal domain authentication — no need to remember separate credentials. Supports IdP metadata URL and XML file configuration, with SP signing certificate download.
5. Quota Management
Configure tenant-level default Token usage quotas, including daily quota, monthly quota, requests per minute (RPM), and tokens per minute (TPM). Quota units are in M (millions). The system default daily quota is 100M Tokens.
6. Subscription
View and manage the current tenant's subscription plan and usage information. In environments without subscription validation, this page shows the system's default free plan with usage information.
