User Management
Manage all users under the tenant. Supports viewing user lists, assigning departments and roles, setting personal quotas, and modifying email addresses.
How to Access
In the tenant admin panel, navigate to "System Management → User Management" to enter the user management page. This page is only accessible to users with the Tenant Admin role.
Purpose of User Management
User Management is the central page for tenant admins to manage all members. Here you can view basic user information, control access permissions, assign organizational归属, adjust usage quotas, and change roles. Every operation focuses on "people" management, forming the foundation for fine-grained permission control and resource allocation.
Key Features
1. User List & Search
A table displaying all users with fields including name, email, phone, role, department, daily quota, monthly quota, status, and creation time. Supports multi-dimensional filtering by keyword (name/email), role, and status.
2. Enable/Disable User
Use the "Disable/Enable" action in the user row to control whether a user can log into the system. Disabled users cannot access any page, suitable for scenarios like employee departure or suspension. (Admins and system admins cannot be disabled.)
3. Allow/Forbid Login
For member and auditor roles, you can independently control whether they are allowed to log into the personal dashboard. This toggle is independent of the enable/disable status, providing more granular login permission control.
4. Assign Department
Click the department name of a user to open a department tree selector and assign the user to a department. Once assigned, the user's Token usage quota is first constrained by the department quota (if the department has an independent quota set).
5. Set Personal Quota
Click a user's daily or monthly quota value to open the quota edit dialog. Set independent daily/monthly Token quotas (in M) for individuals. Personal quotas have the highest priority, overriding department and tenant default quotas. Each quota field shows its source (User / Department / Tenant) for clarity.
6. Change Role
Click a user's role tag to open the role edit dialog. Supports switching between Member, Auditor, and Tenant Admin roles. Note: at least one tenant admin must remain.
7. Modify Email
Click the "-" (no email) or email value in the email column to open the email modification dialog. A verification code must be sent to the new email for ownership verification before saving. Only enterprise emails are supported (public email domains not allowed), and the email domain must be enabled in Domain Management.
How to Use
- Navigate to "System Management → User Management"
- Use keyword, role, and status filters in the search bar to narrow down target users
- Click "Disable/Enable" or "Allow Login/Forbid Login" in the action column to manage user access
- Click the Department, Role, Quota, or Email fields of a user to perform corresponding edits
- In the quota edit dialog, enter values and click "OK" to save. Leave blank to inherit from the upper-level source
- To modify email, enter the new email, click "Send Verification Code", enter the received code, then click "Save"
Notes
- Disabling a user takes effect immediately. Active user sessions will expire after their Token expires
- Role changes take effect immediately. Before downgrading a tenant admin to a regular member, ensure at least one other tenant admin remains, otherwise the tenant will become unmanageable
- Personal quota overrides department and tenant default quotas. Users with personal quotas are no longer constrained by upper-level quota sources
- Email modification requires verification code validation and only supports enterprise emails. After modification, the user can log in with the new email
